Do you take on knockdown-rebuilds?
Yes. Many of our projects begin with a knockdown. We handle everything from demolition and planning to construction and final handover — ensuring a seamless process from day one.
How long does a custom build typically take?
Construction generally takes between 10–14 months, depending on complexity. When you include the design, planning, and approvals phase, the full process may extend to 16–18 months.
